It is the Policy of Fugro-Geoteam, to manage its business and provide services to the highest standards of quality, commensurate with the requirements of fitness for the purpose of ensuring total client satisfaction.
A QHSE Manager for Fugro-Geoteam has been appointed.
Fugro-Geoteam Quality Management System comprises a Quality Management System (QMS) Manual, QA Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Records and associated forms.
Fugro-Geoteam shall make provisions to:
- ensure that all personnel understand their specific responsibilities for quality;
- maintain necessary knowledge of Quality standards, legislation, Codes of Practice and other technical and guidance material relating to its activities, and to ensure that this information is made available within the company;
- ensure that the customers’ requirements are fully understood and met;
- provide employees with training in the Quality Management System;
- ensure that all managers and supervisors actively monitor the effectiveness of this Policy and provide a regular forum for discussion;
- require suppliers to have a Quality Management System relevant to their activities and to require them to comply with QA conditions specified in their contract;
- be committed to continually improve its Quality performance.
